Mismatched bill amounts on Swiggy order and unhelpful helpline response

I placed a small order on Swiggy Swiggy and my head is still reeling. The amount charged by Swiggy is different from the amount shown in the bill accompanying my order. When I take up with their Helpline, the ultimate, careless, insulting response. They address me as ‘Dear Rajmata’, even getting my name wrong. Rajmata forms part of my address. Appears they have two sets of bills for the same order number, as stated by them. Both show taxes, GST, etc. one issued by the restaurant and the other confidential one, retained by Swiggy. Earlier, the bill accompanying the order used to reflect the exact amount paid. Has Swiggy changed its billing pattern? Expect them to come clean and more important, have better customer service teams.
