Swiggy - Non-Vegetarian (Chicken & Egg Biryani) Delivered Instead of 3 kg Veg Biryani to Vegetarian Host (Order ID: ******)

Hi Swiggy Cares Swiggyn I ordered 3 kg of veg biryani, but to my shock, I received chicken and egg biryani instead. I genuinely don't understand how such a major mistake could happen, especially with an order of this size. I am a strict vegetarian, and all the guests I was serving were vegetarian as well. This has caused significant distress and completely disrupted our meal. Serving non-vegetarian food to someone who has explicitly ordered vegetarian food is a serious mistake, and I expect Swiggy to take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution.
