For Business

Run customer service operations in one place.

Panchaayat is a customer service operations platform and CRM for the complaints, queries and escalations filed against your company — with full history, SLAs, CSAT, analytics and official public replies.

  • Lifetime free for 1 user licence & up to 30 cases/month*
  • Approval in about 2 working days
  • Your admin, your team, your rules

Stop managing customer issues from an inbox full of screenshots.

Customers are already talking about you in public. Panchaayat turns that into a structured workflow: every case has an owner, a status, a deadline and a permanent record — and your team answers where everyone can see it.

Everything your customer service team needs

Track every query, escalation and issue with its history, comments, resolutions, delays and satisfaction — centrally.

One central case inbox

Every complaint, query and escalation filed against your company lands in a single dashboard — filter by status, industry, assignee, urgency and SLA, and never hunt through inboxes and screenshots again.

Complete case history

A permanent, tamper-evident timeline of every status change, comment, assignment and resolution, so anyone on your team can pick up a case with full context.

SLAs & delay alerts

Set resolution targets per industry. Cases past their target are flagged and trigger a notification, so delays are caught before customers escalate.

CSAT you can track

Customers rate the resolution once a case is closed. See average ratings per company and over time, and learn what actually satisfies customers.

Analytics & dashboards

Volume, resolution time, backlog, breaches and satisfaction at a glance — plus CSV export whenever you need the raw data.

Team roles & assignment

Company admin, CS head, team lead and rep roles, each with the right permissions. Assign cases, balance workload and deactivate access instantly.

Official replies + internal notes

Reply as a verified representative — badged and visible on the public record — and keep private internal notes the customer never sees.

FAQs & your public page

Publish FAQs, working hours, contact details and your branding on a company page customers (and search engines) can find.

Email in, email out

Get notified when cases arrive or customers reply, and turn forwarded email threads into tracked cases automatically.

Customer 360° CRM (Enterprise)

A full profile per customer — contact details, every email/WhatsApp/SMS/push/voice interaction, relationships, products, subscriptions, orders and linked cases — with your own custom fields and an API & webhooks to sync it from your own systems.

Simple plans that grow with your team

Lifetime free for 1 user licence and up to 30 cases (emails) per month*.

Questions companies ask

▸How does approval work?

You can sign in with any email. Every request is reviewed by our team, usually within 2 working days. Attach your business card or an authorisation letter on company letterhead (or email it to connect@panchaayat.in) for faster approval.

▸Is there a free plan?

Yes. One user licence and up to 30 cases (emails) a month are free for life. Paid plans add more users, higher volumes, branding, reports, dashboards, SLAs and analytics.

▸Does my company already have a page on Panchaayat?

Very likely. A public page is created automatically the first time anyone files a case against a company. Registering lets you claim it, add your branding, contact details and FAQs, and respond officially.

▸Who becomes the company admin?

The person who registers is the company admin by default, unless they choose another role. Admins can invite teammates, approve access requests and assign roles.

▸Can we delete or hide a complaint?

No. Panchaayat is a public record, and only the customer controls a case's visibility. What you can do is respond, resolve and be seen to have resolved it.

▸What does the Verified badge mean?

It means a Panchaayat admin has confirmed that a representative controls the company's official domain. Verification affects trust, not what you can do in the portal.

▸Is Panchaayat a court or regulator?

No. It cannot force a company to act. It gives complaints a public page, a live status and a permanent record — visibility that motivates a real answer. For high-value disputes customers should also use formal channels.

▸What does the Enterprise plan add?

A full Customer 360° CRM on top of everything in Business: one profile per customer with communication history across every channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, voice), relationships, products, subscriptions, orders and linked cases — plus your own custom fields and an API & webhooks to sync it from your internal systems.
