Panchaayat is a live, public registry where consumers file complaints and queries against companies across banking, insurance, telecom, healthcare, e-commerce and more. Companies respond on the record, so every issue stays visible until it is resolved.
We are a small, remote-first team building the tools and operations that make accountability simple: from the platform consumers use, to the portal companies use to run their support desks.
