By using Panchaayat you agree to these terms.
What Panchaayat is
Panchaayat is a public registry of consumer complaints. It is not a court, an ombudsman or a regulator, and it cannot force a company to act. For high-value disputes, use formal channels alongside Panchaayat.
Your content
- You must only file cases you believe are true and that relate to a real dealing you had with the company.
- You are responsible for what you post. Don't post unlawful, defamatory, abusive or private third-party information.
- You keep ownership of your content and give Panchaayat a licence to publish it as a permanent public record according to the visibility you chose.
Moderation
We may hide, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Companies may respond publicly; a response is not an endorsement by Panchaayat.
Companies
Company representatives must be authorised to act for their company. Verified badges indicate that a platform admin confirmed control of the company's domain, nothing more.
No warranty
Panchaayat is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that any company will respond or that any dispute will be resolved.
