**@Swiggy — Incomplete Order, No Accountability!** I received an incomplete order (Order ID: **********) with **two items missing**. After I escalated the issue, even the delivery partner confirmed that the order was incomplete. Yet, Swiggy is refusing to provide a refund or even acknowledge the mistake. How is it acceptable to charge customers for items that were never delivered and then refuse to take responsibility? This isn't about the money; it's about the **service, accountability, and trust** customers expect from Swiggy. When a delivery partner confirms the issue, customers shouldn't have to fight endlessly for a fair resolution. @Swiggy, please investigate this order, acknowledge the mistake, and resolve the issue appropriately. Customers deserve better than this.
