MakeMyTrip outstation cab no-show, wrong driver contact, 3 days with no resolution

I booked an outstation cab through MakeMyTrip (booking ID NCI68047538927852003) for 28 October 2026. The cab did not arrive at the scheduled pickup time. When I checked the tracking status, the driver was still about one hour away with no proactive communication. The contact number in the booking details was incorrect, and when I called it a stranger answered, and the actual driver could not be reached. I have contacted MakeMyTrip customer care repeatedly over three days. Each call ended with the same scripted reply that the issue had been forwarded to the concerned authority, with no senior escalation, no follow-up call and no resolution. The customer is a long-standing premium MakeMyTrip user and was left stranded on a time-critical journey.
