MakeMyTrip & SpiceJet - Unfair Refund Deductions (₹1,976) After Airline-Initiated Flight Cancellation

Unfair Refund Deductions by MakeMyTrip After SpiceJet Flight Cancellation! I am extremely disappointed with the way MakeMyTrip has handled my flight cancellation from Ahmedabad to Patna on 9 November. After my flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, I expected a full refund without any additional deductions, as the cancellation was not initiated by me. However, MakeMyTrip is deducting ₹1,976 from my refund, including: Convenience Fee: ₹1,178nTravel Insurance: ₹798nAgainst the total amount of ₹31,775.47, I am being refunded only ₹29,799.47. Why should a customer bear these charges when the airline cancels the flight? Why should customers be penalised for circumstances beyond their control? I urge @MakeMyTrip and @flyspicejet to look into this matter, explain the deductions, and process the full eligible refund without unfair charges. Customer trust matters.
