Extremely disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip MakeMyTrip ! Your service has been nothing short of pathetic, and the incompetence displayed by your support team is unacceptable. Instead of resolving customer concerns, your team only adds to the frustration with poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero ownership. A company of MakeMyTrip's stature should understand the importance of customer service, but this experience has been an absolute nightmare. Customers deserve solutions, not excuses.
