I booked a SpiceJet flight (SG615) from Bengaluru to Varanasi for 8 November 2026 through Yatra, and the booking amount was approximately ₹8,000. Unfortunately, SpiceJet cancelled my flight. When I contacted SpiceJet customer support, they informed me that since the ticket was booked through Yatra, I would need to contact Yatra directly to claim my refund. However, I have been trying to contact Yatra multiple times through phone calls and emails, but I have not received any proper response. Their website is also showing a server error, and I am unable to retrieve my booking details using my PNR. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress, as my travel date is approaching and I have neither received my refund nor any proper assistance from Yatra. I request Yatra to take immediate action, process my full refund of approximately ₹8,000, and provide confirmation of the refund at the earliest. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
