Yatra booking missing from My Bookings and IVR refuses to connect customer, leaving flight refund unresolved

Extremely disappointing experience with Yatra.com. I booked a flight through the Yatra Online Ltd. app, but the booking isn’t reflecting under My Bookings on either the app or the website. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support through multiple channels: Social media: No response whatsoever. Phone support: The IVR refuses to connect me to a customer care representative, claiming that my phone number isn’t registered — despite it being the very number associated with my account. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when it concerns a flight booking, cancellation and a refund, and timely assistance matters. I genuinely don’t like resorting to calling out companies on a public platform like LinkedIn, but when regular customer support channels fail to respond or even provide access to a representative, what other option does a customer have?! Yatra Online Ltd. - I need someone from your team to look into this urgently and resolve it. A customer shouldn’t have to chase a company just to get visibility into a booking they’ve already paid for, and a refund associated with it.
