Extremely disappointing experience with #YatraOfficial and #flyspicejet! I booked multiple SpiceJet tickets through Yatra.com for Port Blair (IXZ) to Kolkata (CCU), scheduled for 30 October 2026. The flights were cancelled by the airline, but there has been absolutely no update, no email communication, and no refund so far. To make matters worse, Yatra's customer support is completely unreachable despite repeated attempts to contact them. Is this how you treat your customers? Taking payments is easy, but providing refunds and customer support seems impossible!
