Ordered 1 KG. Received barely 250 grams. And apparently, a coupon makes it okay? I ordered 1 KG of Rasmalai through Swiggy for 10 guests. Paid ₹286. What arrived was barely enough for a few people. I raised a complaint, shared photos and videos, and spent time explaining something that should have been straightforward. The resolution? First a ₹140 coupon, then ₹200 for a future order. No replacement. No refund. But I didn't order a coupon. I ordered 1 KG of Rasmalai. Swiggy, this isn't about ₹286. It's about accountability and customer trust. When a customer receives only a fraction of what they paid for, shouldn't the responsibility to make it right lie with the platform?
