Swiggy wrong item: ₹80 refund promised then denied, contradictory support replies, ₹37 coupon offered

I received the wrong item in my Swiggy order and still have the item. Swiggy can arrange a pickup and inspection if it needs to verify the claim. A Swiggy support agent told me an ₹80 refund had been processed to my original payment method. When I contacted support again, I got contradictory responses. A different agent offered a ₹37 coupon, and I was eventually told a refund could not be provided. The customer says the amount is not the point. The point is that Swiggy's representative made a promise and then refused to honour it. The customer has screenshots of the conversations and offers to provide them for verification. The customer asks Swiggy to review the complete chat history, investigate the conflicting statements from its support team, and explain why a refund was promised and then denied.
