Customer says Axis Bank has not issued NOC or confirmed CIBIL correction 11 days after payment

Axis Bank Axis Bank, Why Is a Customer Being Forced to Suffer Even After Making the Required Payment? I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and mentally exhausted by the way Axis Bank is handling my case. I made the required payment as instructed by the bank on 16 October 2026. Today, 27 October 2026, marks 11 days since my payment, yet I have still not received my NOC or any confirmation that the necessary CIBIL correction has been completed. I have repeatedly contacted Customer Care, emailed the bank, escalated the matter to the PNO and Nodal Officer, and followed up on LinkedIn. Every time, I receive assurances, but there is still no proper update or final resolution. On Saturday, PNO representative Mr. Udaykant informed me by email that I should allow another three working days. Today is Tuesday, yet I have received no email, no meaningful update, and no confirmation of resolution. How long is a customer expected to wait? How many times must I follow up for a straightforward resolution? My case details: * Credit Card: XXXX XXXX XXXX 1227 * Axis Bank Service Request: ****** * CIBIL Dispute ID: P16102026619011 * CIBIL Service Request: 11423489 I have made the payment as instructed. I am not asking for any special favour. I am simply asking for my NOC, accurate credit reporting, and a clear written update regarding the required CIBIL correction. Honestly, I am tired of explaining the same issue repeatedly, sending emails, making follow-up calls, and waiting for commitments that do not lead to a clear outcome. This entire experience has caused me immense frustration and mental stress. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a bank before. My patience has reached its limit, and my trust in Axis Bank has been seriously damaged. I am now reconsidering my entire banking relationship with Axis Bank, including closing my salary account after completing the necessary formalities. This experience has made me question whether I should continue banking with an institution that leaves a customer chasing for answers even after fulfilling the payment commitment. My questions to Axis Bank are simple: 1. When will you issue my NOC? 2. Has the required CIBIL correction been submitted and completed? 3. If it is still pending, what is the actual reason for the delay? 4. Why am I repeatedly given timelines without receiving a proper update? Axis Bank PNO, Nodal Officer, and Grievance Redressal Team: Please stop giving me repeated assurances without a concrete outcome. I need a clear written response, the status of my NOC, and a definite timeline for resolving my CIBIL correction. I do not want more promises. I want an actual resolution. #AxisBank #CIBIL #CustomerGrievance #Banking
