URGENT: Axis Bank – Stop Giving Assurances and Issue My NOC Immediately! For the urgent attention of:Axis BanknI completed the required payment on 16 October 2026, as instructed by Axis Bank. Despite repeated follow-ups with Customer Care and multiple assurances that my NOC (No Dues Certificate) would be issued shortly, I have still not received it. Customer Care continues to give assurances without taking actual action. How long is a customer expected to wait after completing the required payment? This repeated delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable.nn* Credit Card Last Four Digits: 1227n* Service Request Number: 261016833594n I demand immediate action: 1. Issue my NOC immediately without any further delay. 2. Complete the necessary and accurate updates to my credit bureau records. 3. Provide a clear written explanation for this unreasonable delay. I do not want another assurance from Customer Care. I want my NOC issued immediately and my complaint resolved without further excuses. I call upon the Grievance Redressal Officer, Nodal Officer, Principal Nodal Officer (PNO), and senior management to personally intervene and ensure that this matter is resolved urgently.
