Really Bad experience from Instamart ! Instamart Swiggy Swiggy Instamart Swiggy . Pathetic experience ! order id - ****** I had ordered 3 sets of pampers M size diapers 44+44 pack yesternight . 2 sets received were of correct size. 1 set recieved is of M size instead of L size! I have tried getting a resolution on this 4 times over chats but no one is helping,no one is connectong over call as well !All execitives are closing the chats no use of what the customer is saying, stating unable to process any gratification at this time !!! The discription said 72 hrs return , more over this is a wrong product delievered then why should the customer suffer even after paying the amount in advance ??! worst online order experience ever !!! Either arrange for replacement of this order of arrange for pick up and refund at the earliest ! ​ ​ ​ ​

    Swiggy wrong item: ₹80 refund promised then denied, contradictory support replies, ₹37 coupon offered

    I received the wrong item in my Swiggy order and still have the item. Swiggy can arrange a pickup and inspection if it needs to verify the claim. A Swiggy support agent told me an ₹80 refund had been processed to my original payment method.
