MakeMyTrip refunded only 6464 INR after a 4+ hour flight delay cancellation, withholding 9738 INR and convenience fees

Hi MakeMyTrip MakeMyTrip team, As I am not able to get sufficient response from your AI bots on call and since you don’t have any support email, LinkedIn is my last chance. Against the PNR YF7YS4 and Booking Id NF7AO09D15863445214, airline was delayed by more than 4 hours, so I cancelled the flight. Until now, i have only received a partial refund of 6464 INR. I request you to provide me refund of the remaining amount 9738 INR, as it’s a full refund case. I am expecting MMT to refund the convenience fees also , otherwise i will further escalate to MMT grievance team and then consumer courts. The due date is also passed as per the snapshot below, so please treat this complaint as urgent priority.
