Delhivery - Fake Delivery Attempt & Arbitrary Ticket Closure Leading to Premature RTO

Has anyone else been dealing with this absolute nonsense from Delhivery lately? I"m beyond frustrated. I ordered an item online recently and have been patiently waiting for it to arrive. Earlier this week, I received an update saying it was finally out for delivery. I made sure I was home and available all day—nobody came, nobody called, and no doorbell rang. Then, out of nowhere, I got a notification saying my package was being returned to the seller (RTO) because "delivery failed." How can a delivery fail when you didn"t even attempt it in the first place? To make matters worse, when I raised a support ticket to let them know I was home and still wanted my package, @Delhivery didn"t even bother replying. They just automatically closed my ticket simply because the package status flipped to "returning." It feels like courier executives log fake delivery attempts just to meet their internal deadlines, and the customer is left paying the price. Now I"m stuck fighting automated bots and escalating to the seller to try and intercept the package before it gets sent all the way back. A completely terrible customer experience. Fake delivery attempts and auto-closed support tickets need to stop!
