For years, I viewed Amazon as the benchmark of reliability—a convenient, customer-first platform where consumer trust was protected. Like countless innocent buyers who place their hard-earned money and blind faith in the brand, I believed their guarantee stood behind every transaction. That illusion completely shattered when I was cheated out of thousands of rupees, trapped in endless loops of scripted customer service responses, empty assurances, and zero accountability. What stings most isn’t just the financial loss, but the realization that when genuine disputes occur, the consumer is left entirely on their own while a multi-billion-dollar corporation washes its hands of responsibility. Amazon thrives on the goodwill of trusting shoppers, but beneath that polished facade lies a system that can dismiss, deflect, and abandon you the moment something goes wrong. Amazon is a place where items are picked up from garbage and cleaned, repaired, furbished and repacked at its facilities at Amazon then put up on heavy discounted price. A fraudulent company celebrating GREAT INDIA FESTIVAL at AMAZON FOR Garbage picked items repacked as new. I am planning to take my fight to all other social media sites by this weekend, right now I am fighting only on LinkedIn.
