Flipkart - 3 Out of 4 Items Missing in Sealed Package, OTP Sharing Used to Blame Customer & Refuse Support

Online shopping is supposed to make life easier, but my recent experience with #Flipkart has been an absolute nightmare. I recently ordered 4 items of the same product in a single order. At the time of delivery, the delivery agent handed over the package and asked for the OTP. Thinking it was standard procedure, I shared the OTP. However, when I opened the sealed package, only 1 item was inside, and the remaining 3 items were completely missing! When I raised a complaint with Flipkart support, the response was shocking and deeply frustrating: They are shifting the blame by claiming I shared the OTP, so the delivery is "complete." I was casually asked to "go and ask my neighbors" if they took the package! The support team is completely unhelpful, showing zero accountability for the missing items. How is a customer supposed to know that an open-box check or item count verification needs to happen before sharing the OTP, especially when the delivery agent rushes through the process? And more importantly, how can a company wash its hands of missing contents in a prepaid order like this? This kind of service ruins consumer trust entirely.n⚠️ A word of caution to everyone: Be extra careful while receiving orders from Flipkart. Do not share your delivery OTP until you have physically opened and verified every single item inside the package in front of the delivery executive.
