Flipkart - Unresolved Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Return: ₹84,902 Refund Blocked, Serial Discrepancy & Cancelled Return Loop

🚨 PUBLIC ESCALATION – FLIPKART COMPLAINT STILL UNRESOLVEDn I am publicly escalating my unresolved complaint regarding a Lenovo ThinkPad E14 purchased through Flipkart. Amount: ₹84,902nDelivered: 10 August 2026nReturn requested: 13 August 2026nSeller: SGGINFOnWalmart Case: WMT260908126n This is not simply a routine technical complaint. The authorised Lenovo Service Centre documented that there is "No OS system" on the device. The Service Centre also provided communication concerning a serial- umber/product-record discrepancy. I have already submitted this documentation to Flipkart. I fully cooperated with every verification step, including travelling approximately two hours to the authorised Lenovo Service Centre at Flipkart's direction. Despite this:n- The return was requested just 3 days after delivery.n- Multiple pickup attempts followed.n- The return was subsequently shown as cancelled, although I never cancelled it.n- I have continuously followed up with Flipkart's support, facing endless loops, repetitive questions, and status updates without resolution. I am requesting Flipkart to: 1. Reinstate the original return dated 13 August 2026. 2. Arrange pickup without further delay or cost to me. 3. Process the full refund of ₹84,902. 4. Investigate the documented serial- umber discrepancy and the Lenovo finding that "No OS system" is available. 5. Explain why the return was cancelled when I did not cancel it. 6. Assign one senior team/officer to take ownership of the case instead of repeatedly asking me the same questions. I am not making a premature allegation against Flipkart or the seller. I am asking for the documented facts to be investigated and a reasoned resolution to be provided. I have already provided the relevant documents. I should not have to repeatedly restart the complaint with every new representative. I request @Flipkart and @Walmart to please take senior-level notice of this matter.
