🚨 FLIPKART: ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT MY CONSENT—AND A SERIOUS CONTRADICTION IN THE EXPLANATION GIVEN ON A GOVERNMENT GRIEVANCE PORTALn I ordered a 📱 Google Pixel 10a (Berry, 256 GB) on 8 October 2026.n🆔 Flipkart Order ID: OD338825334076306100n What followed is absolutely unacceptable.n❌ ORDER OUT FOR DELIVERYn🏠 DELIVERY EXECUTIVE VISITED MY HOMEn📅 DELIVERY RESCHEDULED FOR 12 OCTOBERn🔢 FLIPKART ASSURED ME THE ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVEDn🚫 ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT MY CONSENT AT APPROX. 11:35 PM ON 11 OCTOBERnI explicitly told customer support that I wanted the phone and that my order must NOT be cancelled. And then? 🤯nWhen I raised a grievance through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Flipkart reportedly stated that delivery was unavailable at my PIN code.n❓ How can a PIN code be "unserviceable" when the order was out for delivery and an executive physically visited my home? I have filed NCH grievances: 10390604 and 10402354.n🔥 WHAT I DEMAND:n✅ My original Pixel 10a at the agreed price and exchange terms.n✅ Appropriate compensation.n✅ An investigation into the contradictory explanation, with a public clarification and apology if it is found inaccurate.n✅ Senior management intervention—not another scripted response or complaint closure.n😡 A refund alone is NOT an adequate resolution. I want the phone I ordered, not a new order costing approximately ₹20,000 more.n📢 THIS IS A PUBLIC CALL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY! If Flipkart continues to avoid these questions, I will escalate publicly by tagging relevant company leaders, consumer-rights advocates, consumer-affairs representatives, and media professionals.n📄 I have preserved the supporting evidence and will provide it through appropriate channels if requested. I expect Flipkart to examine its own delivery records, cancellation history, and support interactions.n⚠️ Flipkart, Flipkart Support STOP AVOIDING THE REAL QUESTIONS.
