Hey Flipkart Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd —is this how you treat customers who save their own money for months? My order (ID: OD432540740095464100) for a Google Pixel 10a has been a complete nightmare of operational fraud and harassment:nn❌ Your system assigned my active order to an ex-employee who left years ago, who then called my father and hurled vulgar abuse at him because your database is broken.n❌ Your new delivery agent refused doorstep delivery, told us to come to the warehouse ourselves, and threatened a month-long delay.n❌ Your support channels use glitching bots posing as real humans just to lie, loop fake delivery dates, and ghost you.n❌ You trap orders so customers can't even cancel them, while fake cancellation forms sit in limbo for 24+ hours. Your customer service is PATHETIC. I have been tortured for the last eight days, consistently calling every support agent that I can possibly get a hold of, and all of them say the same thing: that my order is coming today. When the hell is my order coming? I want my money back immediately and I want compensation for all of this grievance!
