Flipkart / Jeeves - 5 Failed Technician Visits & System Upload Glitches for Acer Pure 43" TV Under 3-Year Protection Plan

ONCE AGAIN PROBLEMATIC fLiPkArTnI think Flipkart gradually getting experience in Harrassing Customers. I bought a Acer Pure 43" LED from Flipkart on 03/05/2025 and a 3 year protection plan by Jeeves. The LED was working without any flaw but on 12/10/2026 it stopped working all of a sudden. I immediately lodged a complaint with Jeeves and a Claim ID was generated. By this time everything was perfect but then started the Problem Process of Flipkart & Jeeves. A technician visited and after spending one and a half hour told my wife that there is some problem in the system. Second technician visited after 2 days and again after spending one hour or so repeated the same that some problem in the system. Third technician visited after 2 days and again failed to upload the necessary videos and pics. The same technician visited again and again failed to do the required formalities. The same technician again visited and tried his best but again failed. Now my simple question to Flipkart & Jeeves is that What is my fault? If your system is not working properly then it's not my problem. 5 visits by technicians , our time , disturbance and result Zero. Now after 11 days I don't know whether Flipkart & Jeeves will be ever able to solve my problem or they are compelling me to get the repairs done from open market. ??????????????????????????????????????????!!
