Flipkart / Jeeves / Ekart Express - Installation Executive Creating Fake Unreachable Proof via Disconnected Calls & Inability to File Complaint

Jeeves A product installation team of Flipkart. They can be contacted only through the fake proof creation specialist company Ekart Express vide a pin and the installation executive continuously disconnect the calls and after 6:55 p.m. he calls you to create a fake proof that he tried calling you but called it not connect but unfortunately you attends a call and tells hello for almost 2 minutes and they disconnect the calls again the call from another number for another number with the second try to create a fake proof of not able to connect a customer but that call also you attends. and the fake proof creation fails but Flipkart customer support not the ekart team is not able to register even I complaint against that executive. Kalyan Krishnamurthy CEO Flipkart and also of all these unprofessional group of companies can't you stop these fake proof creation by your team at late hours to create fake proof that customer wasn't reachable when customer attends the call and said hello for almost two minutes. Or would have the professionalism and strong spine to take action? Or all these fake updates are with your consent also? I think it is better to shop from the street than buying from this tenth grade company.
