Flipkart / Ekart Express - Repeated Delivery Date Extensions for Big Billion Days Watch Order (Tracking #FMPP4359731334) & Lack of Support

Extremely Disappointed with Flipkart / Ekart Express Delivery Service! I ordered a watch on 12th October during the Billion Days Sale, with the initial delivery date promised as 16th October. The date was then changed to 17th October and later to 20th October. Today is 21st October, and there is still no proper update or progress on my order. We order products during festive sales to wear and enjoy them during the festival, not after the festival is over! What is the point of festive offers if Flipkart cannot deliver products within the promised timeline? Even my colleague is facing the same issue with an order. This raises serious concerns about Flipkart’s delivery service and logistics partners. To make matters worse, there is no easily accessible customer support number to speak with a representative and get a proper resolution. Flipkart must take accountability! Penalize the shipping partners responsible for these repeated delays and compensate affected customers through Flipkart Wallet balance or SuperCoins. Customers should not have to bear the consequences of poor delivery management. We deserve timely delivery, transparent updates, and reliable customer support—not repeated delivery date changes without any resolution.
