Cars24 customer alleges RC transfer pending for 2 years after car sale, repeated unhelpful responses

Very pathetic experience with Cars24nnI sold my car in November 2024 through cars24. At the time of agreement signing, they said my vehicle RC will be transferred in 15 days.nnBut it has been approx 2 years and they havent transferred the RC. It means I am legally liable for any untoward incident with the car.nnFirst of all, they dont give you grievance officer number. You just have to call their customer care. But customer care doesnt have any clue or solution about this problem.nnWhen I talked to customer care person, they have only one response, We have raised your concern with concerned team. But after that no response.nnWhen I mail them about my grievance, they acknowledge the email but after that they forget about it. They dont even bother to reply.nnWhen I tagged them on twitter, they also have same automated response. But no solution, no proper response, no call.nnCars24 is the most pathetic, irresponsible, careless, non-responsive, liar company. They have worst after transaction service. They dont care about you.nnI seriously advise everyone to avoid Cars24.
