Cars24's Pathetic After-Sales Service: Multiple Complaints, Multiple Emails, Zero Accountability. Cars24n I purchased a 2017 Ford EcoSport 1.5 Petrol Automatic from Cars24 on 15 June 2026, trusting the company and the warranty coverage provided with the vehicle. My experience since then has been extremely disappointing. On 13 October 2026, I raised a complaint after experiencing serious engine-related issues, including fluctuating RPM, excessive engine vibration, and a deep knocking noise. The situation left me stranded on the road, questioning the reliability of a car I had purchased from a company that promises a hassle-free experience. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of response from Cars24's after-sales team. I have raised multiple support tickets and sent multiple emails, explaining the issue and requesting assistance. Yet, despite repeated attempts to reach them, I have received no meaningful response or clear communication about how my complaint will be resolved. I have now taken the vehicle to an authorised Ford service centre for diagnosis, while I continue to wait for Cars24 to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation and take responsibility. Buying a used car comes with certain risks. But being left stranded, having to chase customer support repeatedly, and receiving no response after raising multiple tickets and emails is simply unacceptable. Cars24 , I have a few straightforward questions:n- What is the purpose of a warranty if customers cannot get a response when they need help?n- Why are multiple support tickets and emails being ignored?n- Who is accountable for resolving customer complaints when the after-sales team fails to respond? Customers should not have to resort to LinkedIn just to get a response from a company they have trusted with a major purchase. I am asking Cars24 to stop leaving this issue unattended, contact me urgently, and provide a clear, written resolution and warranty-claim process. I hope the relevant leadership team takes notice and addresses this matter instead of allowing another customer complaint to go unanswered.
