CARS24 - 110+ Days RC Ownership Transfer Delay for Toyota Yaris Despite Paying ₹9,000 Service Fee

Cars24 how does a customer pay ₹9K for a service, wait nearly FOUR MONTHS, and receive nothing but automated responses? On June 30, I paid CARS24 ₹9,000 to transfer ownership of a second-hand Toyota Yaris to me. I was promised completion within 45 days, worst case. 110+ days later: No ownership transfer. No updated RC. So now, I have a car I have fully paid for but I cannot use and am paying for cabs every day. Customer care disconnects calls or promises callbacks that never happen. Multiple emails sent by me have resulted in nothing but automated "Your request has been updated" responses, often just repeating my own emails! No explanation. No timeline. No accountability. I paid CARS24 precisely to avoid the hassle of managing the transfer myself. Instead, I have spent months chasing a company that was quick to collect my money but seems incapable of delivering the service. To CARS24 leadership: Is this the customer experience your company stands behind? I expect immediate completion of the transfer, a refund of my ₹9,000 service fee, and appropriate compensation for the expenses and inconvenience caused.
