🚨 HDFC Bank Credit Card – Payment/Debit Issue | Complaint Bank Branch (sheohar Bihar 843329) My name is Bablu Kumar. I am facing an issue with my HDFC Credit Card ending in 2127. I had taken a loan of ₹35,000, which was converted into EMI. My first EMI of approximately ₹1,931 was bounced on 14 October. On 2 November, when money was credited to my HDFC Savings Account, an amount of ₹5,144 was automatically debited by HDFC towards my credit card dues. However, even after ₹5,144 has already been deducted from my savings account, my HDFC Credit Card is still showing ₹5,144 as due on 3 November, and I am being asked to make the payment again. My concerns: • ₹5,144 has already been debited from my HDFC Savings Account. • The same ₹5,144 is still showing as outstanding/due on my credit card. • I do not want to make a duplicate payment for the same amount. • Please clarify where the deducted amount has been adjusted. I request HDFC Bank to urgently investigate this transaction, adjust the amount correctly against my credit card outstanding, and update the account accordingly. Please also provide the transaction details and written clarification for the ₹5,144 debit. HDFC Bank – please look into this matter urgently.
