🚨 Disappointing Customer Experience with Flipkart | Accountability Matters! My order was supposed to be delivered on 9 October, but it is still not delivered. 😡n What"s more frustrating? The daily cycle of false assurances!nn📞 Every day, I contact customer support, and the response is almost always the same:nn"We are shipping your order. The status will be updated within 24 hours." I wait 24 hours. No update. I call again the next day, and I receive the same promise all over again! How long are customers expected to believe these repeated assurances? If the order is being shipped, why is there no clear status update or confirmed delivery date? This is not just about a delayed order. It"s about transparency, accountability, and respecting customers" time. Repeatedly asking customers to wait another 24 hours without providing a meaningful update makes the entire experience feel misleading.nn📢 Flipkart, customers deserve answers, not copy-paste promises! My questions are simple:nn- Where is my order?n- Why has it not been delivered as promised?n- When will I receive a genuine update and a confirmed delivery date?
