Hello MMT team This is Siddhartha Gupta have booked flight from delhi to phuket for 11 nov on 7 sept . On 11 oct I received a communication that due to some technical issues my flight has been cancelled and since than I am running post to pillar for my refund initially I got update that by 26 oct I will get refund which later changed to 14 nov and now it’s showing 4 dec Every week they are dragging dates to another date My point is made payment to MMT not to spice jet and MMT has charged convenience fees as well.
