Zomato allegedly fails to process refund within promised time

zomato @zomato_care My refund of Rs 194 for the order on 15th October has not been received yet. Customer support promised it would reflect within 24-72 hours, but the time has passed and I am getting no help from the app support. Please look into this urgently. Id ******
