Once your money goes to Zomato, consider it gone forever.nnReceived a completely spilled, damaged, and unconsumable order. The support agent literally promised a full refund back to the original payment source and even told me to have the delivery partner mark the order Delivered so it could be processed.nnOnce that was done? Complete bait-and-switch.nn"Sorry, I can't see the refund option anymore, here is an ₹87 promo code instead."nnWhat kind of joke is this? Restaurant discount offers already exceed the promo which is 140, and promo codes dont stack. You take real money from customers for ruined food and hand back worthless app coupons that force us to spend more with you just to recover our own cash.nnZero accountability.
