How your Zepto stores are being handled and how dirty it's we all know. Disappointing Customer Experience with Zepto ! I had a very disappointing experience with Zepto. I ordered curd, but the packaging was completely damaged when the order arrived. What makes this experience even worse is the lack of proper support from the customer care team. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received a satisfactory response or a proper resolution. As a customer, I expect basic things like safe packaging, proper product handling, and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, my experience with Zepto has been far from satisfactory. Zepto , please take customer complaints seriously and improve your service.
