Extremely disappointing experience with Yatra Online Ltd. I raised a complaint with Yatra (Complaint ID YA:58042133), and the complete lack of response is simply unacceptable. What is even more frustrating is that customers are forced to repeatedly chase a company for answers instead of receiving timely communication and accountability. When something goes wrong, the least a customer should expect is a response and a clear path to resolution. Unfortunately, even that appears to be too much to ask. A customer support system that fails to respond to legitimate complaints defeats its very purpose. Refunds or eventual resolutions aside, ignoring customers and leaving them without updates is a serious failure of customer service. I am tagging Yatra Online Ltd. ., Siddhartha Gupta and @Rahul Babbar. I expect this complaint to receive immediate attention and a meaningful response, rather than another round of silence.
