Ola S1 Pro won't start, charger faulty, and no service centres open for 2 months, risking battery warranty

OLA ELECTRIC – Is This the Customer Experience We Deserve? I purchased an Ola S1 Pro, but unfortunately, I am facing multiple issues with my scooter and struggling to get proper service support. Problems I Am Facing: 1. MCU Problem: My scooter is not starting at all. 2. Charger Failure: The charger is faulty, and I am unable to charge my scooter. 3. Range Issue: The scooter is also facing range-related problems. 4. Brake Issue: There are problems with the braking system as well. 5. Service Centre Issue: Authorised Ola service centres in my area have been closed or unavailable for the last 2 months. The most concerning part is that Ola itself has warned me that non-charging may cause permanent battery health degradation, which may not be covered under warranty. My Question to Ola Electric: When the charger is faulty, the scooter is not starting, and authorised service centres are unavailable, how is a customer supposed to protect the battery? Why should a customer face the risk of battery damage because proper service support is unavailable? I have already sent an email to Ola's official support team and raised this issue on social media, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution. What I Expect from Ola Electric: - Immediate MCU diagnosis and repair. - Replacement of the faulty charger. - Proper resolution of range and brake issues. - Doorstep pickup and delivery after repair. - Written confirmation regarding battery and scooter warranty. - A clear complaint reference number and resolution timeline. I am not asking for free services. I am asking for the service, support and responsibility that every paying customer deserves. Ola Electric, selling a scooter is not the end of your responsibility. Customer support and after-sales service matter equally. I expect a proper solution, not just another generic response. Ola Electric Bhavish Aggarwal Please take responsibility!
