Ola Electric scooter unusable 45 days, paid Ola Care member got no pickup, repair or response despite 10+ calls

₹1.40 LAKH FOR AN OLA ELECTRIC SCOOTER, AND ZERO AFTER-SALES SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Ola Electric Bhavish Aggarwal — Is this how you treat customers who have paid for your premium Ola Care membership? My Ola Electric scooter has been completely unusable for the past 1.5 MONTHS, with zero charge and a locked handlebar. Despite multiple complaints, there has been NO SERVICE, NO RESPONSE, AND NO RESOLUTION! And the worst part? I AM A PAID OLA CARE MEMBER! Ola promises doorstep service, free pickup and drop, and roadside assistance. But apparently, these benefits exist only in advertisements! Here’s what I’ve been dealing with: * 45 DAYS: My scooter has been standing idle without any resolution. * 15 DAYS: Since I raised an RSA pickup request. Still nobody has arrived. * 10+ FOLLOW-UP CALLS: Every time, the same scripted excuse: “Our team will call you.” That call never comes. * 20–30 MINUTES ON HOLD: Customer care executives waste customers’ time without providing solutions. * EMAILS TO SENIOR OFFICIALS: Not even a single acknowledgement or response! I don’t live at the location where the scooter is kept, and my family cannot transport a non-functional scooter with a locked handlebar. Then what exactly am I paying Ola Care for? This is not the first time either. Within just ONE YEAR, my scooter has been unusable twice, for approximately a month or more each time! I paid ₹1,40,000 for a scooter, not for a vehicle that spends months parked because the company cannot provide basic service. Ola Electric, STOP MAKING PROMISES YOU CANNOT FULFIL! Your sales team makes endless commitments before purchase, but once the payment is made, customers are left to struggle on their own. My experience has been nothing short of harassment, negligence, and a complete failure of after-sales support. I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BUYING AN OLA ELECTRIC SCOOTER. No customer deserves this level of frustration after spending their hard-earned money. I DEMAND IMMEDIATE PICKUP, REPAIR, AND A WRITTEN EXPLANATION FOR THIS UNACCEPTABLE DELAY.
