Ola Air Repair Delayed at Thane Service Centre Due to Hub Motor Spare Part Unavailability

I handed over my Ola Air on 19 Aug 2026 to Thane Service centre and still my vehicle is not repaired. Problem with the vehicle : 1) First of all, the service team took 1.5 month month to identify a small issue that Hub motor is not working and needs to be replaced after consistently following up(in-person visits) with the service centre for 4 times. 2) Now there is no clarity on the Hub motor spare part, service team is saying that the last Hub motor received in the June-July 2026 period and before that it was in Feb 2026. In short they don't have any clarity about when they will receive the spare part of the Hub motor. Question with Bhavish Aggarwal & Shaun Calvert : 1) I am a consistent appraiser of Ola electric, but due to this bad service experience I am getting a feeling that if you send your vehicle in the Ola service centre that means you have donated your vehicle to Ola electric with no promised timelines (+/- some days are acceptable). 2) I saw thousands(not hundreds) of vehicles standing in the service centre due to the absence of spare parts, don't you think it's a big mismanagement. 3) What's the use of the front desk team in Thane service centre(Waghle Estate), they don't have any hold on service team and directly ask the customers to go and grab some service guy to get your vehicle checked. In short they are either clueless or don't want to take any ownership. Sir, I am addressing this post after multiple reminder mails to support team but as usual there is no revert or even an single acknowledge from there end. So, i need your intervention and help to solve my case.
