Swiggy order ID ****** marked Delivered on App but food never received, delivery partner not answering calls and pathetic chat support

Hi Swiggy Team,nI have been a customer of your platform from ages and in recent times, have been facing lot of challenges regarding delivery and customer service. Today, I placed an order with Order ID: ******, it showed as Delivered on App but I never received the food. When I tried calling Delivery Partner, he didn't answer the calls. Your chat support is so slow and pathetic that I don't even have words to describe that.nWhat are you guys doing to improve the customer service?
