Hi Rapido Team, Dear Rapido Support Customer Support Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint against a captain who is charging customers an additional amount beyond the actual ride fare. This practice is unfair to customers and creates a negative experience. Customers should be charged only the fare displayed in the application, along with any applicable charges clearly mentioned in the fare details. I request your team to investigate this matter, verify the captain actions, and take appropriate action as per company policy. Please also ensure that customers are not forced to pay any unauthorized additional charges.
