Paytm Health Insurance customer alleges premium not refunded for a month after policy cancellation

Hi Everyone, I am writing this article to highlight the fraud of two big brands which we use frequently. Its almost a month ago, I bought the health insurance from paytm health insurance and care health is insurer. I have paid the premium at same time and after a week they emailed me that you have not accepted the counter offer thats why proposal has been cancelled and premium will be refund in 10 working days but till I did not get my premium back I am just getting calls again n again for same and I have informed and asked for refund from each one of paytm executive. They higher their tone instead of helping the customer and make interest on customer money instead of paying the premium back in case of cancellation.nNow, its been a month they are not reverting me for my refund. #carehealthinsurance is also equally involved because I did not get any counter offer on my email before cancellation. And I am ok if they cancelled but atleast return the money. If they can make money and it is important for customer too right ? They will invest it somewhere else.n#paytmhealthinsurance is the worst platform and pathetic service.nPurpose of writing this article just to get my refund back asap I dont want a single call from paytm team and care team and just want my premium back within 48 hours else I will file a police report on paytm health insurance. I am fadup with this negligence behaviour of paytm team. I request all of you stop using paytm they can fraud anyhow with any transaction. Its better to take precautions by your own.
