URGENT: Ola Electric Must Take Responsibility for Its Customers! DL10EV1807n My Ola electric scooter charger has stopped working, and I am unable to get it repaired because authorised service centres are closed or unavailable. I am now worried that my scooter's battery may completely discharge while I wait for the company to provide support. Why should a customer suffer because authorised service and repair facilities are unavailable? I request Ola Electric to take immediate action and:nn- Arrange an urgent charger repair or replacement.n- Provide doorstep service or an alternative authorised repair solution.n- Clarify the warranty protection for my scooter and battery.n- Provide a written response and a clear resolution timeline. If the company cannot resolve this issue, I request a fair and appropriate remedy under applicable consumer protection laws. Ola Electric, please do not leave your customers stranded.
