Opening a vast network of facilities is meaningless if none of them possess the basic operational responsibility or inventory required to service consumer vehicles efficiently. My vehicle maintenance experience has been highly frustrating due to the following critical issues:nn* No Local Accountability: Service advisors and center managers consistently dodge responsibility, providing vague timelines and failing to offer updates on ongoing repairs.nn* Severe Shortage of Spares: Vehicles are left stranded at your workshops for extended periods due to the non-availability of essential components and spare parts.nn* Substandard Service Quality: The unresolved backlogs and poor resolution rates directly contradict the brand's public promises of seamless electric mobility. As a consumer who trusted Ola's vision for sustainable transport, I expect a standard of service that matches the scale of your marketing.
