Ola Electric - Recurring Morning Failure on Ola S1 X (Bike No: OD34W7085) & Service Center Refusal to Diagnose Without On-Site Live Reproduction

I am facing the same issue with my Ola S1 X every morning, but unfortunately, I am not getting any proper resolution. Whenever I visit the Ola service centre, I am told that the problem needs to occur in front of the service staff before they can diagnose or repair it. But this is a recurring issue that happens mainly in the morning, and it is extremely inconvenient for me to keep bringing the scooter to the service centre hoping that the problem will happen at that exact moment. I have already explained the issue multiple times, but instead of finding the root cause and resolving it, I am being asked to wait until the issue occurs in front of them. I request Ola Electric to please take this complaint seriously, inspect my scooter properly, identify the root cause, and provide a permanent solution. This experience has been extremely disappointing. If such basic recurring issues cannot be resolved despite repeated complaints, I would not recommend others to purchase an Ola scooter.
