This is a recurring issue that severely impacts my daily commute and raises serious safety concerns regarding the vehicle's reliability and electrical system. A core component failure happening repeatedly on the same vehicle model points to a deep-seated unresolved technical defect that needs immediate expert intervention. Adding to this frustration, when I approached the nearby local showroom/service center for assistance and raised a complaint, I received an extremely poor response and unprofessional customer service. The staff failed to address the issue properly or provide a satisfactory resolution, leaving me stranded with a dead vehicle. Given that this is a repeated failure, I demand the following actions be taken immediately: 1. Priority Breakdown Assistance: Send a senior technician or arrange for the vehicle to be picked up immediately for a thorough diagnostic check of the battery, wiring harness, and Vehicle Control Unit (VCU). 2. Permanent Resolution: Provide a root-cause analysis and ensure that this recurring shutdown issue is permanently fixed under warranty. 3. Showroom Escalation: Address the poor service response from the local showroom team. Please register this complaint under a high-priority ticket and provide me with the ticket number immediately.
