Niva Bupa rejected health insurance reimbursement claim citing misrepresentation under clause 6.1.6 and 6.1.14 without specific details

I request everyone to do not purchase Health Insurance from Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company. It is one of the largest fraud insurance company in India. We have raised the claim for reimbursement they have simply rejected without providing FIR and valid reason. They have simply rejected claim with the reason, As per submitted documents and verification, we have noted certain misrepresentation/discrepancies in documents for this claim. We regret the claim is not payable under clause 6.1.6 & 6.1.14 of the policy.nI have raised this complaint to their Grievance Redressal Team they also denied with the same reason. If there is something wrong in documents they can communicate with me what is the misrepresentation they found and in which documents. but instead of that they have rejected my claim.nNow Irdai comes into the picture, after rejecting claim by Grievance Team have raised complaint with irdai but they are also coming with the same reason. If company rejected the claim then insured or policy holder person will have only hope from irdai but they are also the part of this scam.nHope everyone understand how insurance companies do the fraud. Hence before purchasing insurance from any insurance company check their reviews and rejected claim ratio as well.
