URGENT ESCALATION | CLAIM UNRESOLVED SINCE AUGUST 2026 Claim No.: C230026159109 | Vehicle: OD02BT 0334 | Mr. Bijay Parekh We're deeply disappointed with the way my motor insurance claim is being handled by HDFC ERGO General Insurance, despite purchasing the policy through KIA Safety with the expectation of reliable support and hassle-free claim settlement. This is not the level of customer service one expects from a trusted automotive brand and its insurance partner HDFC ERGO General Insurance We request the KIA Safety leadership team and HDFC ERGO senior management to intervene immediately, review the handling of my case, and ensure: - A clear explanation for the delay in claim settlement. - A fair and transparent assessment of my claim. - Immediate resolution with a confirmed settlement timeline. Insurance is meant to provide financial protection during difficult situations, not leave customers running from one department to another for a resolution. We choose Kia India & HDFC ERGO General Insurance with trust. I now expect the same level of responsibility and commitment in resolving this matter. We're looking for a concrete resolution, not another assurance.
