Extremely disappointed, frustrated and honestly heartbroken with HDFC ERGO General Insurance. Despite 5 years without a single claim, when I finally have a genuine claim, all I see are loopholes and excuses to deny it. This is happening second time with me with #HDFC. Pls review your claim settlement % metric. Or I am the unfortunate left out in the remaining janta. My #car damaged when I went to hometown for my maternal grandmother last rituals and one close relative. And it took me time to initiate claim during the grieving time. Once I got the time, I mentioned everything honestly. And now they are refusing to provide the full claim based on god know what. #Claim number: C**********62 Service centre: Dee Emm Hyundai, udyog vihar Had word with advisors from #HDFC #Insurance and awaiting response. And this is not just about money. It’s about trust, accountability, and the basic expectation that an insurance company will support its customers during a difficult time. What’s the point of paying insurance premiums if you can’t get support when you actually need it? You are going to lose me as a customer from every services and products, If I don’t get the full claim now. HDFC Bank HDFC ERGO General Insurance With Diwali approaching, all I wanted was to get my car repaired before the festive pooja. Instead, I’m dealing with unnecessary stress and disappointment. HDFC ERGO General Insurance, this is not the customer experience anyone deserves. Please escalate my case, review it fairly, and resolve it urgently. Insurance should provide peace of mind, not add to your misery. Hoping someone will be kind enough to work more on the customer experiences, quality, accountability and trust.
